Matthew Remphrey is Managing and Creative Director of Parallax Design, a small Adelaide-based design consultancy. Parallax works across industry sectors specialising in brand identity and packaging design, most notably for South Australia’s wine industry. He completed
a Bachelor of Visual Communication, specialising in Illustration, at the University of South Australia in 1991. After working as a freelance designer/illustrator for three years, he was asked to join Ian Kidd Design in Adelaide, where he rose to the role of Creative Manager. In 2001, he established Parallax Design. Matthew’s work has been highly awarded and published both nationally and internationally.
Matthew is currently Chair of the Advisory Committee to the South Australian School of Art and Design, University of South Australia. He is a past president of the South Australian chapter of AGDA and a past Vice President of AGDA’s national council.
