We ship anywhere in the world.

We use the registered postal service of Australia Post for Local and International orders.

Postage does not include insurance. If you would like insurance please contact us. An additional fee may be charged.

Postage usually takes 7-14 days for local orders and 14-21 days for international orders.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased from the online shop.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards.
Prices are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials.  If you are outside Australia, you will be responsible for checking whether such restrictions apply before placing an order.

Design Foundation does not guarantee the availability of any products advertised on the website.

The website and the services are subject to change at any time without notice and may contain errors.

The Design Foundation is not responsible for any changes to the speaker program or cancellations. All information was correct at the time of publication.

No refunds for tickets under any circumstances.

The simple rule is 'no ticket, no entry'. If you misplace your ticket or forget to bring it you will be denied access to the event. Replacement tickets will not be issued under any circumstances.

All terms and conditions displayed here are to be read together with any other policies and conditions displayed elsewhere in the Presenter's Web site and with any terms and conditions that may be printed on the ticket or displayed at the entrance to the venue or event. 

When You make a purchase on this Web site You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions comprising the Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale, Refund Policy, Security and Fraud Policy and Privacy Policy as described herein and displayed elsewhere on this Website.

Your privacy is respected and We are obligated to protect Your privacy by law. We use the latest security technology to ensure the protection of Your details.

We may alter or change the Terms and Conditions from time to time and by using this service You agree to be bound by any such alterations or changes and use of this site is restricted to personal use and reference only.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

All Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include local taxes (GST).

Online sales will cease when the allocation of tickets is sold or at a time otherwise specified.

Tickets are non-refundable.

The Presenter reserves the right to alter the date, the venue and the entertainment and activities as advertised without prior notice.

It may be illegal to re-sell tickets for profit or gain and any person or company found to do so may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Any person caught re-selling their ticket or buying a re-sold ticket may not be admitted to the venue or may be ejected from the venue and their tickets may be deemed void.

We reserve the right not to sell tickets to any person, agent or company.

Any details provided may be checked for their validity to prevent fraud. Credit card fraud increases the cost of tickets. If We suspect fraud We may prosecute to the full extent of the law.

Note: Your Credit Card statement will itemise a purchase as a charge from "Design Foundation".

If You purchase tickets using a pre-paid or disposable debit card (such as those available at over the counter agencies) We may be unable to issue refunds or may be unable to assist You in tracking lost or disputed transactions.



REFUND POLICY

Tickets are purchased subject to agreement of the Presenter's Refund Policy as follows. The Contracted Service Provider is not the Merchant for the sale of tickets and is not the responsible party for any refunds.

Refund information for any event will be posted on the Presenter's Web site if and when applicable.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Rescheduled event: The Presenter reserves the right to alter the line-up, date, time and/or venue. If the event is rescheduled then Your ticket to the advertised event will remain valid. If You cannot attend a rescheduled event and you contact us in a timely manner and provide the original ticket(s) and proof of purchase We may or may not elect to refund You the ticket price. We may or may not elect to refund You the amount inclusive of booking fees, delivery or mail fees and/or any processing surcharge if applicable. If You request a refund and We have not already mailed Your ticket, then We may also refund You any delivery fee associated with the purchase of such Ticket(s) if applicable.

Cancellation: If the event is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the Presenter then refunds shall be at the Presenters absolute discretion. If the event is cancelled for any other reason, the Presenter may or may not elect to refund You the ticket price. The Presenter may or may not elect to refund You the amount inclusive of booking fees, delivery or mail fees and/or any processing surcharge. Refunds are made upon request by You in a timely manner, provided that the ticket(s) and proof of purchase are presented. Please contact Us to request a refund.

No Show / Failure to collect tickets / Delivery fulfilment: We fulfil Our commitment to You for the sale of tickets by delivering the ticket to You as per the delivery method selected. If for any reason You are unable to receive all or part of Your ticket(s) purchased from Us, We are unable to refund Your purchase. If you would like to enquire about any unusual circumstance that You believe may warrant a refund outside of the terms stated herein please contact Us.

Refunds, Exchanges, Transfers: We do not refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase nor do We replace tickets that may have been stolen, lost or destroyed, except as otherwise provided for herein. Please treat Your tickets like cash as We cannot replace lost tickets.

Responsible Party: For inquiries or complaints regarding the sale and delivery of tickets please contact Us at tickets@agideas.net. Regarding the staff and/or amenity of the venue at the event, please contact the venue management. Regarding the artist's performance, sound or lighting or production quality, please contact the Presenter.

Dispute Resolution: If You have an issue with Our service or feel You have been unfairly treated please contact Us immediately.

SECURITY POLICY

When We process Your order We collect Your credit card and personal information in keeping with Our Terms and Conditions of Use including Our Conditions of Sale, Our Refund Policy, Our Security Policy, Our Fraud Policy and Our Privacy Policy.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

**We take detailed steps to protect personal information.**

We take reasonable administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to safeguard and protect your information from unauthorised access or disclosure. This includes utilising Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the personal information you input, and storing your information in encrypted form behind a firewall designed to block access from outside our network. However, no security or encryption method can be guaranteed to protect information from hackers or human error.

Information we collect may be stored or processed on systems located in any country where we do business.

FRAUD POLICY

This policy is designed to protect the interests and security of Our customers.

When Ordering: We may record Your host name, IP address and the time and date of the purchase to assure safety and security in completing any order via Our network. We may use this information to prosecute in case of fraud. This information is only collected for fraud prevention and will not be sold/given to any 3rd party. Please see Our Privacy Policy for more information. We will also use secure server technology to ensure Your details are protected.

When processing Your payment: We use a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system to encrypt all orders. Please see Our Security Policy for more information. We will email You upon receipt of Your order, verifying Your email address. Our online processing gateway automatically checks the database of Your credit card provider for reported lost or stolen card numbers and to verify against information from credit card providers that informs Us of lost, stolen and continual chargeback credit card numbers. We have various security features that allow Us to detect fraud and We may also call You on the telephone to verify who You are.

When You deny or dispute a charge: If You dispute Your charge contact Us immediately. Any person(s) committing fraud on Our network may be dealt with to the highest penalty allowable under law, without exception. If You falsely dispute a charge or falsely deny a payment on Your credit card will We will start legal proceedings against You to recover the loss, plus any of Our legal costs or any costs incurred in collecting the proof or data required to ensure prosecution. These costs include legal fees, court appearances, any international or national travel costs including airfare, hotel, car hire, taxis, fuel, meals and any fees or costs relating to Our legal team or designated private detective or collection agent to recover or prove the fraud. Credit card fraud is a serious offense and it will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. This No Tolerance Policy of fighting back each and every case of credit card fraud will cost You much more money than the original amount of any ticket service(s) You may have received.



CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The simple rule is ‘no ticket, no entry'. If you misplace your ticket or forget to bring it, you will be denied access to the event. Replacement tickets will not be issued under any circumstances.

Seating at the event is not allocated. Please arrive early to secure a good seat.

Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted inside the venue and will be confiscated.

MCEC is a non-smoking venue.

The Design Foundation is not responsible for any changes to the speaker program or cancellations. All information is correct at the time of printing. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

AGIDEAS EZIPAY

Ticket transactions are facilitated by Design Foundation Ltd as the presenter of agIdeas (The Event).

Design Foundation shall make available to agIdeas Customers an additional payment option feature, known as agIdeas EziPay.

The EziPay feature is only available online from the Presenter's website.

The EziPay feature allows Customers to make one initial deposit payment (the Deposit) plus additional payments that shall be automatically deducted from Customers credit card or bank account each month (the Instalments).

Upon successful payment of the final instalment the Customer shall be posted a Ticket for the ticket purchased using the EziPay feature.

The Customer, upon agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of sale, shall agree to forfeit the non-refundable deposit and instalment payments including the non-refundable finance charge paid if they subsequently default on one or more instalment payments.

Should a customer default on payment of one or more instalments the Presenter is authorised to cancel the Customer's reservation for ticket/s. The Customer will be given the opportunity by the Presenter to amend the defaulted payment/s and complete the instalments for the total of the ticket/s.

Tickets will only be posted to customer after final installement is recieved by Design Foundation. Should the Customers postal address change, it is up to the Customer to contact the Design Foundation/agIdeas with new details. Design Foundation/agIdeas take no responsibility for delivery failures due to supply of incorrect postal details.

These terms and conditions form part of the Conditions of Sale on the Presenter's website.

The amounts fees and charges for the EziPay sales are as follows;

Student discount ticket for the 3-Day International Design Forum: Instalments shall be $55 each including finance charges. There will be monthly instalments for 6 months. Total paid by customer shall be $330 including GST.

Student discount ticket for the 3-Day International Design Forum plus Studio Access Visit: Instalments shall be $60 each including finance charges. There will be monthly instalments for 6 months. Total paid by customer shall be $360 including GST.
