The Design for Business: Research program is pleased to invite proposals for research papers and presentations that examine the role of design in building competitive business advantage. We believe that design led innovation offers strategic advantage that can lead to improved productivity and increased economic prosperity whether it refers to the development of new business platforms, communication strategies, products or services.
This transdisciplinary conference and publication is open to researchers, academics, and professionals coming from the fields of design, business, marketing, or management.
Issues that might be addressed, but not limited to, include:
• branding and corporate identities
• product and packaging innovation
• design thinking, management and leadership
• commercial spatial design
• commercial landscape design
• sustainability design
• design-led innovation in business models and practices
• case studies
The program is an international, double blind, peer-reviewed conference led by an esteemed advisory board.
In it's fourth year, this research progoram is a world class platform for the sharing of rigorous knowledge development in the area of design in business.
